I have enjoyed the last 2 days. It refreshed my knowledge on mental health first aid. Thank you.
Course was good and informative. Some up to date statistics maybe useful going forward
Overall a very informative course which I found very interesting.
Good, well paced couple of sessions which gave plenty of opportunity for discussion and reflection. Thank you both
i feel more time could be spent on common mental illnesses and less time on psychosis. the venue wasn't suitable for the curse, some interruptions happened, but als lots of noise from other building users.
Alexandra was an excellent instructor who delivered difficult content in a very professional manner. A good range of tasks and discussion which reinforced material in the self-guided modules.
I would prefer a discussion in the main group not in break out rooms. My personal prefernce also is not to ask many questions, for example "what is the A in ALGEE" and then wait for a responce before explaining what it is. An explanation straight away is fine, saves time and stops people losing focus
Fab trainers and group to discuss such a topic, thanks all.
The breakout sessions on the first day didn't need to be 10 minutes long, there were periods of silence at towards the end of the period. This may be due to smaller number of people in the room to participate to the conversation.
