Good course. Sometimes discussion between participants could have been curtailed a bit.

A very thought out course that helped me understand the role of a mental health first aider. The course promoted discussion of sensitive topics in a productive and compassionate manner and made talking about these topics very easy. The online materials were very useful and kept to key information, a small complaint is sometimes the online content was too brief on contextual information outside the MHFA action plan. The instructors were wonderful and the webinars really tied the whole module up together in a way that ensured people felt confident about what is needed from a mental health first aider.

I thought the course was excellent, as were the three ladies that delivered it. I learnt so much, and opened my eyes to what people deal with day to day, the only negative thing was the sound of the music in the background of the film clips it was so loud it was difficult to hear what was being said. The clip of the nuggets was so simple and yet so powerful (brilliant 👏) I found the course interesting, powerful and at times emotional, well done to all concerned
