I thought the course had a lot of relevant material and gave a lot of food for thought for managers of all levels of experiences. It made me question whether I was as good at some things as I thought I was, and also made me realise I'm probably better at some things than I thought I was. Content was great, my only one minor gripe is that I think it went on too long, I would rather have had few breaks and a shorter session, as it is difficult to completely disconnect from the day job for 6 hours, particularly when you're sat at your desk and things are going on around you!

6 hours is a long course but it went quickly. I enjoyed the content which was mainly refreshers with a few gems in there and i thought the zoom worked well. I enjoyed listening to my colleagues as a learning method. Good mix of tell /discuss Book recommendations welcome. Even better if considerations to welbeing especially in the efficiency section Communications - would be enhanced with some thoughts on using zoom for communication as we are all doing that and perhaps learning styles

Lou and Anne are both energetic and enthusiastic. This module's concepts were very interesting and have shown me the importance of being more engaged to further my progression. They have encouraged me to pursue important relationships and work to maintain them.

Again another great session and particularly liked the T-Grow part.

I'm finding the content to have very useful and immediately practical tools I can use to help manage and improve performance of my team - for example, i'm familiar with coaching and its good to be reminded of T- GROW and similarly from Mod 1 the PROBED tool has been transformational in my dealing with team members. There is however, lots to take in and therefore finding the three things to focus on feels like I might default to the three things I "like" and not challenged enough on my real areas of development - I am reflective so optimistic that I will work this out. I've heard about the concept of friction in high performing teams and why as a manager you want friction (High challenge/High performance?) I seem to remember this in the agenda/objectives at the start of the Module but not sure it was covered or if it was it felt skipped over? its an interesting concept I would like to more about. The explanation of the "core performer" makes more sense so thank you Final session was interesting and rushed so I felt I didn't get as much out of it as I could although it was thought provoking and made me focus on what I might be able to do to raise standards across my team (the rating of your individuals piece)

Really worthwhile to spend the time thinking about personal brand and what this means. Great to get to speak to others too to get their insight.

Would have appreciated more time on working through the practicalities of Emotional Intelligence. I thought the Business Assessment was a super tool for bringing together all the learning and reflections from Modules 1-3 and motor us into action. Super session!

Really enjoyed today’s session, Insightful when you get under the skin of your own Personal Brand, what you want to known for etc and where you want to take it
