Today really felt like it all came together piece by piece - the jigsaw was completed not withstanding the parts I will be taking forward. Lou/Anne have been extremely supportive whilst building a great relationship via zoom and at times I have been on an emotional rollacoaster as you really start to think and drive your career forward.

This Module, and the other two, rank amongst the best courses that I have attended during my (long) career. It is well structured, well paced and the accompanying slides are exemplary in what they deliver. The whole experience was both enjoyable, informative and thought-provoking in that we were encouraged to take a fresh look at management. Thank you.

Really great course - lots to think about and put into practice but excited about using the tools and techniques for the benefit of me, the team and the business.

Amazing course and content, with superb presenters!!

I genuinely think the whole course was excellent both in terms of content and delivery, and believe that this investment in our people will result in more successful individuals and teams and therefore contribute to the success of 7IM as a business. I think a "refresher" session of an hour or two to hold people accountable to using some of the tools and learnings they have taken away and discuss successes they have had as a result of the course would be helpful, to ensure we truly embed the messages and behaviours. Enjoyed the boardroom session

This course was different to what I expected but has definitely given me a something to think about. Being part of a Board in the bank seems like a way off yet but this has helped me consider how I can build up this experience in my spare time. Would be good to cover how we can start the journey of finding a board to sit on.

The presentation was well structured, backed up by a good examples of a real life journeys to enhanced the listener understanding on the subject matter. Confident is a key player in our daily life which has a big influence over on what's the situation we are in. This session was very informative and educational. Thank you so much Mark, I have thoroughly enjoyed it and have learnt a lot.

Great session and finished right on time.

The course was very enjoyable and thought provoking and well delivered by the facilitators. Anne and Lou are great communicators and were very well prepared, personable and clearly have a deep understanding of the topics / concepts. There were a lot of principles / concepts discussed and more discussion around practical application (in the plenary session) would have been helpful. The written materials were pretty high level and it would be helpful to have more text on the objectives of each session and background to the concepts which we could review in advance and afterwards. Additional materials were provided during the sessions - it would be helpful if everything could be included in the workbooks.
