The course came at the right time for me as I have like many other been a little self conscious during this uncertain time. This course made me think in different ways in which I really appreciate. Thank You.

The guest speakers brought an insightful account of their experiences and demonstrated how the course material was put into action by them, which further demonstrates that the course content is extremely relevant. I loved this course. I found it really insightful and I thought Mark was great at presenting, he really knew his subject and was passionate about it. This course has helped me think about things I had lost sight of. I would 100% recommend this course.

An excellent and well structured course for the 'Modern Day' Manager.

Despite being over Webex and encountering some technical gremlins the course was brilliantly hosted with clear and understandable content. The message was pitched at a level that resonated with me and the examples used to bring the different situations to life really hit the spot. Thanks to Mark for his time and expertise.

A fantastic series of modules, that challenged, motivated and gave confidence to adapt. Each module importantly flowed seamlessly in to the next and came together as an inspiring course with distinct clarity of message. PACE pods, were great and hold us to account both during and post session. John and David, provided a great dynamic and made sure the modules all remained interesting, interactive and engaging throughout. No mean feat delivering that virtually. Course was very insightful and the Anne and Lou care about our progression and challenge us in interesting ways. The workbook could have been more comprehensive and included more of the slides from the various sessions

The program made me think about whether I actually want partnership, what it takes to get there and what the sacrifices are/will be especially in terms of my family etc. It also gave me more confidence about my career overall. I personally think there is some repetition across the various modules and that the content could be streamlined somewhat but it is extremely helpful. All I need now is some head space to think about my goals and implement them!

A great presentation. Perfect "bite sized" chunks gave the maximum impact.
