Bianka was lovely, very open and knowledgeable. She took her time with us and we learned so many things that now make sense. The overall affect of menopause, over your whole being, is quite staggering and it does help to know, and so be able to put in coping mechanisms and cut yourself some slack. It has made me a bit less reluctant to talk about Menopause, as for personal things, I am quite private, I'm happy to have any conversation with others about any issues, but, I tend to be reticent talking about myself. However, it may help others to open up, if I am able to share or occasionally comment on this topic. A very worthwhile training session for me personally and very useful as I look after others.

The course was very good. I’m a person that struggles to sit and learn in a room but it was very interactive and I wasn’t bored. Pauline has a great way of interacting, speaking and has made me feel very excited and prepared for my new role at work as a supervisor. 10/10
