The trainer was very good and clear with her instructions and had very good knowledge about all the equipment and answered all questions that was asked.

Learnt lots of new important aspects in relation to mental health as a whole. Was good to relate some of these to myself as well. Marc was a great man, delivered it so well and was very understanding and informative.
