Great course, would be nice to have access to ask trainer questions up to 14 days after the course . I will probably have many once I will start using today's knowledge.

The Trainer was very good at explaining, very audible and was able to pass good knowledge and do justice to the course. The course was very educative and impactful as o was able to learn a lot.

Pauline delivered an engaging and thought provoking Managing Conflict training session. There was plenty of examples and scenarios that were beneficial as well as ample time to ask questions. At the end of the training, I came away with a much clearer understanding of healthy conflict and the steps that I can use to resolve conflict when it arises. Great training!
