The training was well explanatory and well detailed. Participation was great and I enjoyed every bit of it. Learnt and also relearn too.

Patrizia was absolutely fantastic, full of humour and made the effort to make the training really personal and applicable. I really enjoyed how practical the training was and how much we were encouraged through group work and practical activities rather than just learning things from slideshows. Very thorough training and although I have experience in moving and assisting, I still learnt some new valuable skills to apply to my job role. Great training and great trainer!

Thé training was very interactive and responsive with lots of demonstrations to simulate a real scenario. It was helpful and informative, I really enjoyed the training.
