Very good course. Helped improve my knowledge and how to deal with conflict in my work place.

The course was very informative and offered solution to look at working with the person to address the conflict. A number of handy senators were discussed offering solutions to address the conflict. The focussed interview was also helpful and the discussion around ways not to deviate from the focus/goal were also appreciated. I really enjoyed the training.
