Thought the trainer was helpful. Thought that with the first aid was slight repetitive due to some of the videos being on the e-learning.

Very helpful and interesting on dementia effects people

Patrizia is an excellent trainer, very engaging and cheery. The subject matter was fascinating, and despite me not being a carer - I found it very fascinating and inspiring towards my own role, and how I can change things to be more inclusive to our dementia-effected service users.

Patrizia is an excellent trainer - very engaging and clear in her explanations. I like that she doesn't default to a powerpoint immediately, and instead used visual aids to talk us through the scientific information initially. As someone who knows literally zilch when it comes to biology/health, I feel I have learnt a considerable amount and will take this knowledge with me both at work and in my personal life.

Again, Patrizia is an excellent trainer - engaging, open and very clear in her communication. The reason I gave four stars as opposed to five for content/materials (this is true of the ABI course too), is there is nothing you can keep per ce. Like we haven't been offered a copy of the powerpoint to retain as notes. That's my only critique.

Great trainer for both courses today. Very helpful knowledgeable and clear. Having slides videos and chat was a great idea. Patrizia gave us lots of chances to ask questions as we went along and explained everything really well. Thank you
