If future rounds are done, maybe better to structure classes by job role, ie one for managers, one for Ho staff, one for employees. Diff parts Of the company will face different issues and need to react differently, would allow for more focused discussion on how things might be dealt with. Post breakout questions / de brief could be improved with nominated p/m spokespeople. Had hoped for slightly more in terms of takeaways / practical strategy to call on.

The course was generally very good. Given that it was mostly the trainer delivering information, the 3 hours run time was about right. The trainer was very engaging, and kept the course moving along at a good pace whilst involving everyone in the room and answering questions well. I enjoyed the course, and felt the content was interesting and informative.

I found the course very informative and I have picked up on quite a few things I can action and change. The trainer put the material across in an open and engaging style which improved the learning experience.

Alastair was a fantastic trainer, quickly put you at ease even when discussing a more serious subject matter. I enjoyed the open discussion sections/investigation of the course, very informative listening to other students point of view on the varying topics.

A tough subject matter But Alastair kept it light hearted, interesting and engaging throughout. Course was also a little bit different which was a pleasant surprise, more 'interactive' and self-sufficient.

Difficulties with internet at times, I'm still learning. Bit of confusion re course in afternoon.
