I personally think that this course should be made in fewer hours every day to be able to concentrate better on each topic.

Lots of information, but a great eye opener on the subjects

Course was great, but on in-person course would be more useful for the practical aspects of the course material. Trainer was great - kept our attention.

Marc was great, really chatty and interactive. Always helps when a trainer has a bit of personality, especially when it's online. The content was good and plenty of opportunity to talk about personal experiences. I think some role playing would have made it excellent for me. I appreciate that is better in an in-person setting however we could have done something in breakout rooms, or worked through a scenario in a group.

Very informative and presented excellently by Alastair. I would recommend this course and Alistair as a trainer/presenter Good interaction

Marc delivered the course well and brilliantly listened to the group as well.
