The trainer was absolutely good in talking fluently could understand everything thing Patricia was saying and explain them example in a simple and understandable way. For the course it was very good I learned all the important guide line to use when carrying support job.

The trainer, David, was very knowledgeable on the course & covered the modules at at pace that suited the students, he was always happy to go back over topics to ensure we had the appropriate understanding before moving on.
