It was an interactive class and worth our time

The course was informative, clear and well presented.

Course instructed very well, good that the booklet arrives prior to the course taking place. More practice questions given in a variety of different ways might help take the information on even more as it is a lot to cover.

Facilitators done well with content they had however it was inaccurate (no fault of their own). The anticipation was this was ‘training’ on the new procedure, however it has become clear the new procedure requires review with amendments. There are further processes that need to be developed before we can implement the new procedure. After leaving this event, I am no further forward of knowing and understanding what the new procedures will be.
