Alastair made the course very enjoyable and informative. its a very useful course and I feel all staff should attend.

Very thought provoking course. The Trainer was excellent & nothing was too much trouble for him, even disasters with PC's.

Course was informative and covered all topics required for a mental health first aider. Trainer was knowledgeable on all topics. Course was interactive and included groupwork which encouraged wider discussions.
