Really interesting course. It was 5 days in length which possibly for our group was a bit too long as a lot of the information on days 1&2 we was already familiar with us due to our employment in Healthcare. (We had already mentioned this at the end of day 5.) Course was facilitated very well and was very inclusive, felt 'safe'. Learning about the CISD cycle was very informative Although 'role play' is at times uncomfortable, learnt a lot from the role play. Reflecting on what I would do differently next time.

Great course well explained with mixture of video and physical demonstrations to give a more in depth understanding of course content.

I thought Patrizia was very relatable I was so nervous throughout but she made me feel at ease and made me feel that I could do the course. I loved the visual aspect of the course and even though we were all on zoom we could still part take in some movement activities which I thought was really great. overall an amazing Training session and I did really enjoy it.

Patrizia is so knowledgable and confident. I felt welcome. She was very clear and understandable, she was quite happy to stop and listen to us if we had a question. I have learned so much from Patrizia and what she has taught she has made me think.

Excellent and enjoyable course

Really enjoyed the coarse Kev knows his stuff good Instructor and the scenarios were good to work at from Cpr, bandages etc.

The course was very engaging and interesting and the trainer was awesome all through
