Couldn’t fault Pauline and her delivery of the class - it’s hard to captivate peoples attention for such a long period of time however Pauline done this effortlessly all which providing the class with so much knowledge giving a viable skill that can and will be used in future.

It was interactive and plenty of practical exercises.

Excellent course, interesting and set at the right level I felt for the course

I attended train the train, unfortunately I missed the first day due to work commitments but managed to attend the other days! Luckily I have my train the trainer so a refreshment would have sufficed. My trainer made this work for me and I was able to successfully pass my qualification! I learnt a lot, I learnt new techniques I had never been taught before and will use these in my practice as well as training. I enjoyed the course, was very nervous about the micro teaching, but whilst doing it I felt relaxed. thank you for training me and enduring I passed.
