Patrizia was incredibly informative and full of facts and knowledge and very open to questions and showing us once again if needed what to do. She treated everyone very well and it was brilliantly built as a course. I enjoyed and felt very well equipped afterwards

Marc was great, could be more beneficial delivered as a classroom session but online the pace and interaction was really good.

Marc managed the course very well and pitched the right tone, which given the subject matter is really important. He managed to get through a few technical issues without losing pace. I don't think that the formatting for the coursebook helped, the two page view with animations meant that I had to view it on a large monitor. A standard one-page PDF format would have allowed me to use my laptop to view the document and made studying more comfortable. That said the contents of the course was informative and worthwhile.
