Great course and easy to follow, great trainer feedback and support. My only potential improvement is that some of the workbooks don't align with slides being presented. We covered everything, but it's sometimes hard to follow through the workbook.

I had very little prior knowledge about environmental sustainability, but James made the subject easy to understand and genuinely engaging. His depth of environmental knowledge was outstanding, and he explained everything in a way that was both clear and insightful. I really appreciated his enthusiasm, it made the learning experience enjoyable and motivating. Overall, James was excellent, and I’ve taken away far more than I expected thanks to his expertise and positive energy.

Some minor mistakes in the powerpoint presentation. The presentation and main booklet did not flow - quite a bit of jumping back and forth. Andy was great!

Very useful course with many ideas for future use coming from this. Will take some practice before becoming fully competent but have the tools now to move forward. Very enjoyable, and a good pace to the learning.
