Some great information provided. Information in the workbooks is helpful and informative but the workbooks seem a bit disjointed, they don't seem to flow well from one point to the next.

Trainer was very engaging great to have a former teacher. H&S can be a dry subject but he bought it alive and kept me engaged throughout. Not an easy task.
