Overall it was a good course. Would be putting everything to work in helping my everyday task.

Presenter was engaging, calm and experienced

i don't like reading out loud. for me it would have been better to have had an overview of what was on the page rather than haaving it read out by either colleagues or the trainer.

I found interesting and thought provoking

I find virtual courses / learning very challenging and not ideal for my learning techniques, but Luke is very engaging and supportive. And made the course as good as it could be for me personally.
