Really enjoyed the course, very friendly atmosphere and easy to understand. Training was broken down really well. Enjoyed the dessert survival game. Struggled with the escape room.

The course was well delivered and gave us plenty to think about it. It has helped me to think about things that I can do differently in the workplace and not to be afraid to work from home on the odd occassion. I think the Appreciative Enquirery - will be a good tool to use with my team, to find out what we do well and what we can improve on.

Ian was great at leading the course. He was also able to adapt the course to our individual needs and experiences which I really appreciated.

George kept me very interested in the course, by explain everything thing in full details, i find it hard to keep engaged but with George he kept it interesting so i was fully engaged
