Nicely organized training course with content meeting most of our expectations. Kept us engaged most of the time.

Overall I found this course interesting, tailored to my need and practical. The personal experience of the trainer helped understanding of the course material and encouraged questioning and discussion.

The course provided the time to reflect and re-evaluate on my values and to consider my own emotional intelligence. The tasks were interesting and helped me to understand how others perceive me and how I perceive others and how to regulate my emotions/behaviours. Really great ideas and information thank you which will help me in my job.

The values tool gave me deeper insights as to what is important to me and how I present to others. Taking time out to consider my own purpose will help me to present more authentically

I enjoyed the program very much and especially the teamwork that we enjoyed in 'co-creating' the program with Andrew (GS)

It was very useful to be able to look at all my qualities and values and analyse how I could use them to achieve my future goals.

Excellent course, was surprised how much I learnt. Will be useful for work and learnt quite a bit about myself too!
