Excellent course, The tutor Rich was brilliant and very knowledgeable. Well presented and interesting throughout.
Brilliant course, excellent trainer - highly knowledgeable, professional and friendly. I was concerned about the delivery due to it being virtual but it was actually exceptionally well ran and I would definitely recommend virtual training days to colleagues.
I liked how there was a smaller group so that everyone had chance to have a say. The hand raised system worked brilliantly as well as the smaller groups. Technology won today!
Really good course - would love a bit of actual practising - role play type stuff
A very informative training session. Definitely recommended.
Great trainer, hard under the Circumstances not being able to do face to face training. Managed to keep engagement through online polls etc
Didn't know what to expect. Enjoyed the day. Excellent presenter
Makes you reflect on how you may be portrayed and inspire you to adapt the style
Enjoyed all the content, was well presented and documented! Thanks Gary Western
