Great course to get you thinking
Reinforced what I am already doing but has highlighted areas I need to focus on.
Break out sessions had some good discussion. Felt involved despite being on MS Teams.
I liked the interactive nature of the day and the fact that active discussion was encouraged - thought the break out rooms were excellent idea. The trainer was very encouraging and engaged with us throughout and it felt like a very safe environment.
