Jason was really good at presenting all of the information and relating this back to the questions in our next assignment. It was really helpful to hear about Jason's thoughts on how he would approach a Coachee and how he would tailor his questioning to 'fit' with the Coachee. My colleagues were really insightful and we had some good discussions today. Everyone was very engaged. A good day and actually felt more like we are getting the crux of the course, the first assignment/ module felt a bit flat and I have struggled to stay interested in the topic. I think because this relates to my own work practises, it will be more interesting.
