Worked really well via Teams. Rich really new his stuff and it was very interesting. The structure worked well. Good group size.
Great course and trainer. Very much looking forward to incorporating these strategies into my role.
Richard took extra time to explain models to make it more relatable.
Mark was a good trainer. Really clear. Easy to listen to. The only think that passed me by was the chart/graph that we had to use for the supermarket activity (i just find graphs hard to follow sometimes). Many thanks Adam
Very good and engaging- good to meet people from different organisations.
Very enjoyable and great delivery also very interactive
Really interesting day with very engaging tutor. Long day in front of computer and would prefer face to face but still very engaging
