I found the day very useful for recapping on work done previously as well as looking at additional models and techniques to add to my toolkit!

Very good delivery and very engaging

Whilst the person delivering the session was clearly very knowledgeable about the topic and the topic by its very nature could be one that was quite dry it was difficult to maintain engagement.

Loved the day, high energy and a good amount of diverse roles in the attendees. Pat was knowledgeable and brought a lot of lived examples to the course. Thought the break out rooms were a great way to get around the room and hear different perspectives
