Very interesting and relevant training, although I have attended similar sessions in previous leadership and management qualifications, this session provided new material, new models I hadnt heard of before and different perspectives which I found really interesting
I dont remember reading/getting the self awareness (360 for me) prior to the course but probably did
More to take in than the first module as so many different theories
Really enjoyed the sessions Reminded me to review and look at my personal development plan Also to look more at emotional intelligence, and review where I am at, and reflective on how others perceive me.
Really enjoyable day, very informative and presented really well with lots of interaction 😊
