A very thorough course content which I can apply in my job role.
I really enjoyed todays course and being back together. It was more interactive and I felt more ideas and discussions were generated. Pat was an enthusiastic instructor who used real life examples to help cement the theories and information he was delivering which really helped me.
Pat Is a very knowledgeable tutor who enageswell with the group.

In light of being a virtual session, believe it is managed well and enables participation from all.
