Lots to take in and found some of the content overlapped with my welcome meeting. Feel fully informed now of the tools available and what to expect over the length of the course.
A very informative day, the trainer was very personable and friendly. I feel it will be a big undertaking, but I feel that the team at IODA are there to support me along the way.
I really enjoyed today, Emily is very friendly and approachable. A lot of the content made sense as to how my team is currently managed
I think the workshops are excellent. As we know that people learn mostly by doing, I suggest using interactive exercises, possibly using gamification. This should be done before, during, and after each workshop session.
