Well structured and well delivered session

As per the rest of the modules, 6 hours is much longer than actually required to deliver the content

The housekeeping was not explained to use because all the participants were familiar already to the venue.

The day and sessions were well presented and cover some of the key theories around maximising the potential of those we work with and manage. Very insightful and provide knowledge that will support me in my role as a leader / Manager

Mark is a great trainer. Vast knowledge on the subject, clear and concise delivery of content and very attentive with his details. Explains subjects clearly that are new to me which in turn, aids my learning.
