I had a lovely day, Rich made everyone feel at ease and able to share their opinions and views. great group and good variation of listening and doing. I feel more confident coming out of this session with how I need to approach things going forward.

It was useful, lots of information packed in one day which I now need to go away and put into practice.
It was a really useful course. I think the timings of 3 1.5 hour sessions worked well and the instructor kept us completely to time.
