Despite the room mix up is was an enjoyable day

Great group and conversation bring to life content. Very engaging trainer.

A lot to take in regarding the intricacies of finishing the apprenticeship but good to have guides & coach contact available

Was quite heavy session with what is required and how the end point assessment works with different documents and reference points

The room made it really difficult for the trainer to operate in the way they wanted to eg the venue could not facilitate that. Also, the room was really cold

The day itself was good but the room was changed at short notice and learners were not notified. Please can ioda and PCC ensure that it is clear who is responsible for notifying learners with these changes as this caused unnecessary stress at the start of the day.

An excellent content delivered by a trainer with lots of knowledge and who took the time to outline each section professionally and carefully.

Very good. A lot of information but presented well.

It is a well organised programme and clearly set out for us as learners.
