Lots of content, breakout groups could definitely have been shorter

Very knowledgeable and approachable trainer and many relatable examples provided in break out rooms which promoted useful professional discussion to put the content into perspective.
Really good day - although a lot to take in!! I can really start to see how the foundational principles of professional coaching focussed on positive, forward thinking and progressive goals is being built upon through the under pinning theory, the different models and techniques.
Overall, I found the workshop highly insightful and engaging. I particularly enjoyed exploring the Narrative Approach and NLP, as they provided practical techniques for helping clients reshape their thinking and focus on goals. The mix of theory and application was valuable, and I now feel more confident in integrating these approaches into my coaching practice.
