At times the session is too slow and subject conversations need to be pushed on quicker, this element I find really hard when I am an active learner. However some really good theories in there with a good balance of in the afternoon applying some practical.
Really useful. I have already used within my role. Would be beneficial for most staff at the council.

There was a lot to take in today, but the break out rooms are a good way of learning about other businesses, sharing ideas and struggles. But i now have some clear ideas on what i would like to do with my team.
