Useful to see that models that we'd been introduced to previously have been used again.

Lisa is always a great facilitator

Conducted on Microsoft teams however I enjoyed the discussions and theory input more than the group work.

Restrcitions due to Covid but still delivered well

Very different type of training as used to face to face. It worked well though, engagement with participants was good, breaks and rests well thougt out and use of breakout rooms to faciliatate discussion.

Good learning sessions, concepts, interaction with peers and good one to one learning for future development with nominated colleague.

Good refresh of elements of ILM 5
