Very useful day. Learnt some new techniques and consolidated lots of other information and ideas.
Pace was good with the sufficient breaks. The examples given by trainer and participants helped to bring the theory to life.

A really enjoyable day, Rich was a great trainer and presenter. He really knew his stuff and made the group feel comfortable. The breakout rooms were great and the other participants were easy to work with.
Helen was enthusiastic and highly knowledgeable. She had many stories from her own experience and either knew the answers to our questions, or got them by the end of the final sessions.
