Good, interesting course which will help in my current role.
Really interesting and useful day. Mark is a great coach and his delivery was excellent. The only thing that was tricky was the wifi connection which Mark is aware of and is sometimes impossible to avoid.

Great course! I thought this would be the dryest subject but the trainer made it really engaging. I also enjoyed it being a group discussion rather than breakout rooms, I felt we got more out of it.
