Very interactive and an enthusiastic facilitator
Really enjoyed this workshop thankyou. Interesting, fun, interactive, trainer was interesting to listen to.
Mark was an excellent trainer, very approchable with a lot of knowledge.
the content was good, and we were given ample time to practise and learn from colleagues. The content wasnt to 'heavy' either, i think the balance is about right.
