Ann was fantastic

Really informative, got something to take away into my role as a team leader.

It was really good, however there was a lot of content in a small amount of time and it didn't always feel easy to take it all in properly.

Great insight into the next stages of the course

Enjoyed it - good pace, good energy. I thought the 1 on 1 break out groups were less effective personally.

The ELD changes were confusing, but our trainer explained it well!

A bit confusing at times and took a few moments to find my place as the slides provided were not the exact copy use throughout the workshop today.

Sean was a great and engaging facilitator with a wealth of knowledge and examples to take us through the theory into practice.

Enjoyed revisiting pestle analysis/iceberg model.
