Really informative and useful session. Thank you. Would have liked to have more time spent on Ethics as this is central to setting up schemes in an organisation and as our role as coaches. Would like to revisit or be signposted to more reading/ resources.

Very easy for courses to become death by PowerPoint however Mark always avoids that well and makes the courses engaging and informative.

For the future it would have been better to have a 15 min break after each hour instead of half hour after an hour and a half. 1.5 hrs of concentration is really hard.
