It has been good. Sean spoke confidently and brought all members of the group into the day and pulled information from us to bring our experiences into the theory. I learned a lot and felt like the sessions were just the right length and some good conversations about the material happened. Sean is a really good facilitator who paints a picture with his words and clearly explains some pretty complex models so they make sense.

The course leader was very knowledgeable about the area, encouraged us to get involved and used key examples of his working career to develop on the points further which helped to put the models and theories into perspective and make me start to think how I can adapt to my working environment.
