Thanks for the course. Great detail and tools for tackling challenging discussions. Plenty of examples came to mind throughout the course that I will be able to apply. Only scored a 5 on course delivery due to the online delivery. Obviously in person would have been better. Thanks

Very good, enjoyable and lots of interactive activities.

Richard ran an excellent course, it is one of the best ones I have been on in a long time. He kept it engaging, interactive and extremely informative. I really liked the use of the PollEV and break out rooms.

really interesting and worthwhile course

I found it very useful - it was a good level of interactivity (which is difficult to achieve on MS teams!) and the break out rooms worked well as it is much easier to talk within smaller groups. Richard was a really good teacher for the day.

Really enjoyed - this was a very reflective process for me thinking about what I do and behave the positives of this and what I need to change or do next.

Course delivery was excellent, fantastic trainer who has a wealth of experience. Very active involvement in this course, love the breakout rooms and the exercises. Best course i have done so far with CBC.
