Good day. 90 mins is about the right time to be online for each session and no more than 3 sessions in one day seems good

Very interesting and delivered well

It was a good training session, split into good chunks so we could have breaks. The break out rooms were useful to discuss the issues and learn other people's view points. The trainer Rich was very knowledgeable in his subject and happy to take questions.
