I liked the interactive nature of the day and the fact that active discussion was encouraged - thought the break out rooms were excellent idea. The trainer was very encouraging and engaged with us throughout and it felt like a very safe environment.

I enjoyed the course and will take away some points to utilise in the future.

Good course for people who have a lot of relationships with people outside of the business. However also good for knowledge and to improve confidence

very good session just the diagrams and information was hard to refer back to when we broke out into rooms.
