I have really enjoyed it. It was well delivered and enjoyed the variety and examples.

The movement and interaction throughout the day was very welcomed, it helped the session flow. I enjoyed listening to different points of view and I realised that I do get nervous when speaking in front of a group of peers and can use the technics discussed in the course to help regulate my nervous system. I also enjoyed the session on the shadow I cast and how unspoken reactions can effect or influence a situation.

Enjoyed - guest speaker was good

I thought the Trump vs Obama was in really poor taste and actually quite inappropriate. It may be that the course was designed a while ago, but i think given what's going on politically with Trump, the fact he's a convicted felon, rapist and accused paedophile, I think it's not okay to be jovial about it. Especially given his racist, sexist, etc views. We shouldn't be using him as an example. I understand the parody of Trump and Obama is really stark and a good example of "good" qnd "bad" but I would strongly recommend trying to find another example to be on the right side of history

Very useful and a good group discussion around issues affecting our work. Another attendee had a not-too-dissimilar issue which was useful to hear.
