It was a good training session and I learnt a lot of good theory and it was good to have a discussion at the end with my partner to discuss how to start to put it into practice. It was a lot of looking at the screen which can be tiring, a downside of virtual sessions.

Training was well delivered over a virtual platform. Good group size which made interactions easy and not too daunting. Lots to take in over a very short time!

Really enjoyed the course- great tools and tips. Found it helpful to have breakout room chats - I am a reflector so would appreciate some materials to look through before the course perhaps? A balance though as i understand to put context around. Very helpful - now all I need to do it put it to work! Many thanks.

Really enjoyed the session - small but perfectly formed :) allowed really good interaction and conversation about the subject being discussed along with learning from the trainer and the other participants
