Really enjoyed the day covered a lot of ground but in a very logical way. Great to complete it with colleagues and share our experience
Trainer also engaged and related well to the standard and diploma
The whole workshop was the most engaging and interactive so far by a mile! Great trainer and I wish all module workshops were like this one! This was the most interesting and a day I thoroughly enjoyed learning. I really liked how the trainer got everyone involved by ensuring every time a different person feedback to the group as it’s usually the same people!
Really enjoyed this workshop. I learn much better with this level of involvement.
Really enjoyed the course and the content, gave food for thought when applying to working practices and thinking of your own practices
Really clear and informative. Trainer was very informative/engaging on all aspects.
Very good session, brilliant pace and good knowledge base
