Knowledgeable, approachable trainers are the provider’s most consistent strength: attendees say they explain challenging models clearly, adapt to the group and create welcoming spaces for honest discussion. They value interactive delivery, with breakout activities, case studies, reflection and practical exercises helping them learn from peers with varied backgrounds. Reviews frequently describe the content as relevant to their roles and assignments, with useful tools and ideas to apply at work. Some sessions feel information-heavy or rushed, but the training is generally well structured and engaging.

Very good, went quickly, very interactive. Room / group sessions were with the same people every time and would have liked some different interaction.
